How we approached it
A SvelteKit interface works with a Go API. Role and scope checks are enforced on the backend; historical snapshots preserve each committed submission stage.
Under the hood
SvelteKit and TypeScript → Go REST API → PostgreSQL, with background workers and S3-compatible attachment storage.
Impact
The implementation brings institution management, scoped access, collection workflows and operational reporting into one traceable system.
